His leadership combines compassion, experience and a commitment to excellence across all areas of service delivery.

Luke Santella

Operations Manager / Mentor

Luke brings extensive experience in the disability support sector to his role as Operations Manager and Substitute Mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD. Known for his approachable leadership style and hands-on experience, he ensures the organisation delivers high-quality, person-centred support to every participant. His focus on teamwork, compliance and continuous improvement helps maintain excellence across all areas of service delivery.

Holly Ransby

General Manager / Support Coordination Lead

Holly is a dedicated professional with over six years of experience in the disability sector, specialising in support work, mentoring and service coordination. Now stepping into the dual role of Business Development Manager and Support Coordinator, she combines hands-on experience with strategic leadership to create meaningful outcomes for participants. Her strong communication skills, compassion and industry knowledge make her a valued part of the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES team.

Kim Seskis

Service Manager / Business Development Manager

Kim Seskis is the Service Manager and Business Development Manager at Achieve Disability Services, with over 16 years’ experience in the NDIS sector. She oversees service delivery, staff leadership, and operational performance, while also building strong relationships with referral networks to support organisational growth. Kim is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports and is known for her approachable, professional style and ability to build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Corey Cox

Corey is a kind-hearted and driven member of the ACHIEVE team, serving in a multifaceted role as Service Coordinator, Administration Assistant and Mentor. With a strong passion for fostering growth and independence, he supports NDIS participants to achieve their personal goals and build fulfilling, empowered lives. Corey’s calm approach, attention to detail and genuine care make him an invaluable part of the ACHIEVE team.

Sheree Williams

Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker

With extensive professional and lived experience in the disability and support sector, Sheree brings a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and positive energy to Achieve Disability Services. As one of two Service Leads, she oversees shared tenancy operations with professionalism and compassion, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for both participants and staff.

Luke Christiansen

Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker

With a strong background in the fitness and personal training industry, Luke brings a unique blend of interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and lived understanding to his role at Achieve Disability Services. As one of two Service Leads, Luke oversees the daily operations of shared tenancy and accommodation houses, ensuring participants and staff are supported with empathy, professionalism, and consistency.

Mohammed Shahriar Hassan

Mohammed Shahriar Hassan is a dedicated support worker and mentor with qualifications in Human Resources and Business Administration, and diverse experience across mental health, aged care, and frontline support. He has worked extensively with individuals living with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, ASD, intellectual disability, and complex mental health needs, including non-verbal and non-ambulant clients. Mohammed brings a calm, person-centred approach to his work. Outside of work, he is a gold-medal-winning Taekwondo athlete who enjoys reading and travelling.
