Erryn O’Halloran

Erryn is an experienced and dedicated NDIS Support Worker at ACHIEVE, bringing a compassionate, person-centred approach to every individual she supports. She has hands-on experience working with participants with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, non-ambulant supports, and mental health challenges, and is proudly inclusive and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Alongside her NDIS work, Erryn is also a compassionate childcare worker with two and a half years of experience supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in early education settings. Her background in early childhood has strengthened her patience, communication skills, and ability to adapt support to each individual’s unique needs.

Erryn is a strong team player who is extremely keen to learn, grow, and continually develop her skills to provide the best possible support. She values collaboration, respect, and building meaningful connections with both participants and colleagues.

Outside of work, Erryn enjoys studying, listening to music, spending time at the local beaches, and exploring the natural wonders of the Yorke Peninsula (YP)—a reflection of her curiosity, love of learning, and appreciation for wellbeing and balance.
