Ollie Cox

Ollie is a dedicated and compassionate mentor at ACHIEVE, with experience supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions. He brings a kind, caring, and energetic approach to all aspects of his work, fostering positive relationships and promoting independence, choice, and empowerment in line with NDIS standards of quality and safety.

Ollie is inclusive and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community, and he values respect, dignity, and person-centred approaches in every interaction. He is committed to helping participants achieve their goals while ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and engagement in meaningful activities.

Outside of work, Ollie enjoys keeping active and fit, with interests including golf, going to the gym, walking his dog, and spending time at the beach. He also enjoys connecting with friends and music, reflecting his friendly, social, and well-rounded personality.
