Josie Mooney

Josie Mooney is a valued member of Team ACHIEVE who brings compassion, reliability, and a wealth of experience to her role. She has supported individuals with a diverse range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), mental health challenges, Down syndrome, and dementia. Josie is also experienced in providing subcutaneous injections and insulin support, ensuring participants receive safe and attentive care.

Josie prides herself on creating a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone she works with. She is welcoming and accepting of people from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and is passionate about helping individuals feel comfortable, valued, and empowered in their daily lives.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys staying active by going to the gym and keeping fit. She loves spending quality time with her daughter, taking her out and about and going for walks together. Josie also has a sweet tooth and enjoys treating herself to a good dessert. When she has time to relax, she likes to unwind by finding a great series to watch on streaming platforms.
