Nicole Disalvatore

Administrative Assistant / Mentor / Support Worker

Nicole is a dedicated member at Achieve Disability Services Pty Ltd, bringing over three years of experience in the disability sector, primarily within Supported Independent Living (SIL). Prior to joining Achieve, she developed a strong foundation in disability support, demonstrating reliability, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering, complementing her practical experience with ongoing academic development.

Throughout her career, Nicole has supported individuals with a wide range of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Down Syndrome (DS), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. She also has experience assisting participants with complex health needs such as catheter care and dysphagia, ensuring all support is delivered safely, respectfully, and with dignity.

Nicole is passionate about creating inclusive environments and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, with a respectful and person-centred approach.

In her dual role, Nicole provides both administrative and hands-on support, assisting with organisational operations while mentoring participants to build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections. She is committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct in all aspects of her work.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active through Pilates, spending quality time with family and friends, and travelling whenever possible.
