Jen is passionate about promoting independence and ensuring participants feel safe, respected, and empowered in their own homes. She takes a supportive and person-centred approach, helping individuals feel comfortable, valued, and confident in their daily lives.

Outside of work, Jen loves to travel and explore new experiences with her daughter. She also enjoys hair braiding and creating new styles using different colours and glitter.
