Mentor / Support Worker

Nikki is a caring and compassionate support worker with 5 years of experience working in the disability sector. She has supported a variety of clients and is passionate about providing comfort, care, and support to the people she works with.

Nikki has experience working across a range of environments, including SIL housing, personal care, community and social support, and domestic support. She takes a person-centred approach and is committed to helping clients feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily lives.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She also enjoys fishing, cooking, and crafts.
