Renee Grange

Mentor / Support Worker

Renee is a caring and motivated individual who is currently studying her Certificate III in Individual Support, with a focus on Ageing and Disability. She is passionate about helping others and understands the importance of quality support in assisting people to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Renee has experienced her own health challenges, which has given her a genuine understanding of how significantly health issues can impact a person’s daily life, independence, and overall wellbeing. This has helped shape her compassionate approach and her passion for supporting people in a respectful, understanding, and person-centred way.

Renee enjoys building positive relationships, supporting people to achieve their goals, and helping them feel encouraged and valued. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting weights, cycling, hiking, reading, and baking. She also loves spending time outdoors and making memories with her beautiful boys.
