Mentor / Support Worker

Kaye is a caring and experienced support worker with a strong background in both aged care and disability support. She has worked in aged care for 9 years, including 5 years supporting individuals living with dementia, and has spent the past 2 years working in the disability sector.

Kaye has experience supporting people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Parkinson’s disease, and schizophrenia. She is passionate about providing person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, while ensuring those she supports feel respected, valued, and understood.

Outside of work, Kaye enjoys an active lifestyle and loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys camping, walking, hiking, and participating in a variety of outdoor activities. Kaye also enjoys watching movies, attending festivals, and taking part in fun and social experiences whenever she can.
