Nicole Kipyego

Nicole has experience supporting participants with a wide range of individual needs and takes pride in creating positive and supportive environments where people feel comfortable, respected, and empowered. She believes that building genuine connections is at the heart of great support and enjoys getting to know each participant as an individual. By understanding their unique goals, interests, and preferences, Nicole is able to tailor her approach to best support their needs.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and exploring nature. She also loves baking, experimenting with new recipes, and relaxing with a good book. Her friendly, caring nature and positive attitude make her a valued member of the ACHIEVE Disability Services team.
