Jaiden Smith

As Principal Director, Jaiden has developed the company’s business strategies and oversees operations to ensure maximum performance and adherence to established procedures. He leads, embeds and supports Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) across services, corporate supports, systems, information and business initiatives through innovation, best practice and legislative compliance.

Jaiden also delivers services to eligible NDIS participants in accordance with relevant legislation, service agreements and requirements specified by the funding body. In the field, he promotes and encourages independence among participants, walking alongside them with great pride.

He has experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Schizophrenia, Anxiety, ADHD, Epilepsy, Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, Vision Impairment, and both non-verbal and non-ambulant participants. He also has extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Jaiden’s mission is to provide high-quality, innovative supports that promote participant independence, choice and control. He is dedicated to creating meaningful, long-term improvements in the lives of the people he supports.

Outside of work, Jaiden enjoys staying active through gym training, running, cycling, hiking and swimming. A passionate sports enthusiast, he follows CrossFit, Australian Rules Football, the NFL, NBA, cricket, tennis, soccer, triathlons and marathons.
