Business Development Manager / Senior Support Coordinator / Mentor

Holly is a dedicated professional with over six years of experience in the disability sector, specialising in support work, mentoring and service coordination. Now stepping into the dual role of Business Development Manager and Support Coordinator, she combines hands-on experience with strategic leadership to create meaningful outcomes for participants. Her strong communication skills, compassion and industry knowledge make her a valued part of the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES team.

In her role, Holly provides both direct participant support and strategic leadership, helping to streamline processes, enhance collaboration and uphold the highest standards of service delivery. As Business Development Manager, she plays a vital part in growing the organisation’s community presence, developing partnerships and ensuring more participants have access to quality supports in line with NDIS values and compliance.

Holly’s responsibilities include building relationships with referral networks such as local area coordinators, allied health professionals and community organisations, attending networking events, and overseeing participant intake processes. Her professional yet approachable manner ensures families and referrers experience a smooth and supportive onboarding journey.

Her experience spans working with children, adults and older individuals across community access, day options, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and in-home care. Holly’s expertise covers a broad range of conditions including ASD, ID, Epilepsy, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Anxiety, ADHD, Angelman Syndrome (AS), Schizophrenia, Depression, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Rett Syndrome (RS), Hearing Loss, Down Syndrome (DS) and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

She is also deeply committed to fostering inclusion, particularly in her work with members of the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring all individuals feel valued and empowered through person-centred support.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new experiences that broaden her perspective. Her dedication, empathy and commitment to quality make her an invaluable asset to both participants and the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES team.
