Sheree holds a Certificate IV in Disability and a Certificate III in Individual Support, and has worked across a wide range of settings including community access, day options, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and in-home care. Her experience spans support for children, adults, and older people, allowing her to adapt her approach to meet the diverse needs of every individual.
She has supported participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Ambulant (NA) and Non-Verbal (NV) needs, Epilepsy, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Anxiety, ADHD, Angelman Syndrome (AS), Schizophrenia, Depression, Mitochondrial Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Rett Syndrome (RS), Deafness/Hearing Loss, Down Syndrome (DS)and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Sheree is also a proud ally of the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring every participant is supported with respect, dignity, and inclusion.
In her leadership role, Sheree helps manage daily operations across shared tenancy and accommodation houses, maintaining high standards of safety, consistency, and quality care. She embodies Achieve’s mission of delivering person-centred supports that empower individuals to reach their goals, regardless of ability or circumstance.
Known for her calm yet energetic approach, Sheree creates a nurturing and motivating environment where participants can build confidence and thrive. Her kind, approachable nature and strong sense of empathy inspire trust and connection among those she supports and leads.
Outside of work, Sheree enjoys spending time in nature—whether hiking, camping, or relaxing at the beach. She loves gardening, painting, and crafting homemade soaps and candles, as well as watching AFL games and spending quality time with her partner, pets, and friends. A creative spirit and passionate adventurer, she’s always ready for a road trip to explore new places.
