Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker

With a strong background in the fitness and personal training industry, Luke brings a unique blend of interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and lived understanding to his role at Achieve Disability Services. As one of two Service Leads, Luke oversees the daily operations of shared tenancy and accommodation houses, ensuring participants and staff are supported with empathy, professionalism, and consistency.

Luke’s approachable nature and passion for helping others empower participants to work toward their NDIS goals with confidence and independence.

Drawing on extensive field experience, Luke has supported individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Epilepsy, and Schizophrenia, as well as members of the LGBTIQA+ community. His commitment to inclusive and respectful support ensures every participant feels valued and understood.

Luke’s ability to build genuine rapport and trust allows him to create meaningful, long-term connections with participants and colleagues alike. His excellent communication skills and supportive approach foster environments where participants can thrive and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Luke leads an active lifestyle—training at the gym, running marathons, and spending time with his dog, Kronk. His dedication to health, wellbeing, and personal growth shines through in all areas of his life, both personally and professionally.
