In her role, Scarlett combines her administrative expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. She has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) and Non-Ambulant (NA) needs, as well as Anxiety, ADHD, Epilepsy, Dementia, Schizophrenia, and a range of mental health conditions. Scarlett also has extensive experience working with members of the LGBTIQA+ community, bringing inclusivity and understanding to every interaction.
Scarlett exemplifies excellent communication and people skills, thriving in both face-to-face and digital correspondence. She plays a key role in ensuring participants receive the right supports, coordinating future engagements and matching participants with the most suitable mentor within the team. Her warmth, kindness, patience, and professionalism make her an invaluable part of ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD.
Outside of work, Scarlett is studying a degree in Interior Architecture at the University of South Australia. When she’s not immersed in her studies, she enjoys beach walks, watching movies, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
