Friendly, kind, and caring by nature, Suzie is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. She has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) and Non-Ambulant (NA) needs, Anxiety, ADHD, Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and a range of mental health conditions. She also has extensive experience working alongside members of the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring inclusive and respectful support for all.
At Achieve, Suzie is recognised for her professionalism, compassion, and genuine dedication to improving the lives of her participants. Her calm demeanour and empathetic approach allow her to build strong, trusting relationships and make a meaningful impact through her mentoring role.
Outside of work, Suzie enjoys staying active at the gym, maintaining her health and wellbeing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
