Lucinda is a highly skilled and compassionate support worker with extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing Anxiety and Depression. She also has expertise in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), along with a strong understanding of the LGBTIQA+ community.

With a deep understanding of mental health challenges, Lucinda is dedicated to providing personalised care that fosters emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence. She is known for her empathetic nature and her ability to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood. Her background also includes experience in childcare settings, further enhancing her ability to connect with and support individuals of all ages.

Lucinda’s balanced and holistic approach to life is reflected in her personal interests. She enjoys staying active through regular Pilates sessions, which help her maintain physical fitness, mental clarity, and mindfulness. In her downtime, Lucinda finds peace in nature, often taking long walks along the beach accompanied by her beloved puppy, Murphy.
