Holding a Certificate III in Community Services, Shantell possesses the skills and knowledge to deliver meaningful, person-centred support. Her commitment to mental health advocacy is deeply personal, shaped by her own lived experience, which gives her a unique ability to connect with others and understand the importance of emotional stability, empathy, and human connection.

Outside of work, Shantell enjoys reading, playing board and card games, and spending quality time with loved ones. She values connection through laughter, conversation, and music (even if she admits she’s not the best singer). She also finds balance in nature and enjoys setting personal challenges that push her beyond her comfort zone and toward new goals.
