Ella Madden

Recognised for her warm and uplifting approach, Ella creates a safe, supportive environment where participants feel valued, respected, and encouraged to grow. She has extensive experience supporting individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Sensory Avoidance with Executive Functioning Difficulties, Epilepsy, Mental Health challenges, Cerebral Palsy (CP), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Learning Difficulties.

Ella is deeply inclusive and proudly supports participants from the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring that her care is always delivered with empathy, respect, and understanding. Her ability to foster trust and build genuine connections allows participants to feel empowered and confident as they work toward their goals.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys an active lifestyle — playing basketball and netball, going for runs, and spending quality time with friends and family. She has a deep love for music, often attending festivals, and enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
