Lal has extensive experience supporting individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Intellectual Disability (ID), Vision Impairment, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Anxiety, ADHD, Epilepsy, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Schizophrenia, and Dementia. Lal is also an experienced ally of the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring inclusivity and respect are at the heart of every interaction.
