Tom has extensive experience supporting individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Anxiety, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, and Schizophrenia. His patient and understanding approach enables him to form meaningful connections with participants, helping them feel respected, empowered, and supported in their journey.
As an NDIS mentor, Tom is dedicated to helping participants build the skills and confidence they need to live more independently. He works closely with individuals to set realistic goals, develop life skills, and strengthen social connections. Taking a strengths-based approach, Tom encourages each participant to recognise their abilities, celebrate progress, and reach their full potential — all while providing steady guidance and encouragement along the way.
Outside of his work with ACHIEVE, Tom leads an active and balanced lifestyle. He enjoys playing golf, keeping fit, and spending quality time with friends and family. Tom is also dedicated to his personal and professional growth, currently undertaking university studies to further develop his knowledge and enhance the support he provides.
