Rhett has a broad range of experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Down Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Alzheimer’s disease, and Schizophrenia. Having worked with people of all ages and varying levels of care, Rhett is known for his adaptability, professionalism, and strong commitment to delivering the highest standard of support.

His approach is always person-centred—tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals. Rhett takes pride in empowering participants to achieve their aspirations while building meaningful, trusting relationships with them and their families. His calm and empathetic manner ensures that every person he supports feels respected, understood, and valued.

Outside of his professional role, Rhett enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and fishing. He also has a passion for cooking and loves experimenting with new recipes, often sharing his creations with friends and family. These interests help him maintain a balanced lifestyle, providing the energy and focus that he brings to his role every day.
