Manish is a dedicated and compassionate professional who takes a participant-centred approach to his work. With extensive experience supporting individuals with a diverse range of needs, he is deeply committed to helping participants achieve their goals and live meaningful, independent lives.

Manish has supported individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Ambulant (NA) and Non-Verbal (NV) needs, Epilepsy, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Anxiety, ADHD, Angelman Syndrome (AS), Schizophrenia, Depression, Mitochondrial Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy (CP), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Rett Syndrome (RS), Deafness or Hearing Loss, Down Syndrome (DS), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). He also has significant experience working with members of the LGBTIQA+ community, delivering culturally competent and inclusive care.

Across his career, Manish has worked in a variety of settings, including community access, day options, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and in-home care. His commitment to person-centred support ensures that each participant receives tailored care aligned with their individual goals, preferences, and abilities.

Manish’s academic background at the University of South Australia (UniSA) has further strengthened his interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. He thrives in team-based environments, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to manage complex challenges with professionalism and empathy. Driven by a strong work ethic and passion for helping others, Manish consistently goes above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of those he supports.

Residing in Salisbury Heights, Manish is flexible and willing to travel to meet the needs of participants across various locations. Outside of work, he maintains a balanced lifestyle, regularly attending the gym and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
