Janine Mercer

In the field, Janine has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), non-verbal (NV), non-ambulant (NA), Anxiety, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and a range of mental health conditions. Janine also has experience supporting members of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Janine has adapted to her role as a mentor with ease, and the NDIS participants she currently supports value the quality of her care and her person-centred approach very highly. She finds her work supporting NDIS participants both rewarding and fulfilling.

Janine is also an avid music lover and brings extensive experience in the singing space, which further supports her ability to connect with participants who share similar interests.

In her spare time, Janine enjoys spending time with her new grandbaby, relaxing at the beach or by the river, and sharing a glass of wine with family and friends.
