Sam plays an important role in supporting both our participants and staff to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care. Alongside providing clinical nursing support, Sam conducts participant home visits, provides staff training and offers practical guidance to ensure each person’s individual health and support needs are understood and appropriately managed.

Sam is passionate about sharing her clinical knowledge and empowering staff with the skills and confidence they need to provide quality care. Her warm and supportive approach helps create a safe, positive and respectful environment for participants, their families and the staff she works alongside.
