Janine Mercer

In the field, Janine has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV), Non Ambulant (NA), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dyspepsia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia and Mental Health conditions. Janine also has experience supporting members of the LGBTIQA+ community. Janine has adapted to her role as a mentor with such ease – and the NDIS participants who she now currently supports, have valued her quality of supports and person-centred approach with high regard. Janine has further found the work providing care and support to her current supported NDIS participants to be hugely rewarding and fulfilling.

In her spare time, Janine loves spending time with her new grandbaby, relaxing at the beach or the river, and enjoying a glass of wine with family and friends.
