Ash has experience supporting individuals with personal care, medication administration, PEG feeding, epilepsy support, oxygen and CPAP management, community access, and daily living activities. Through a compassionate and supportive approach, Ash works alongside participants to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence while feeling safe, respected, and valued.
Ash holds Diplomas in Community Services and Mental Health, a Certificate III in Individual Support, and a range of current industry qualifications and certifications. With a strong background in both disability support and mental health, Ash is committed to delivering high-quality support tailored to each participant’s individual needs.
Outside of work, Ash enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, walking, exploring new cafés, arts and crafts, jewellery making, shopping, and spending time outdoors. Ash enjoys getting to know the people they support and creating a fun, positive, and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and empowered.
