Alice Kelleher

Finance / Mentor / Support Worker

Alice is a compassionate and dedicated professional with several years of experience in the NDIS sector. With a diverse background spanning individualised support, education, and finance, she brings both empathy and precision to her dual role at Achieve Disability Services. Her person-centred approach and genuine care make her a trusted and valued member of the team.

Before joining Achieve, Alice worked as a Student Support Officer, where she discovered her passion for empowering individuals to develop independence, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging in their daily lives. Her lived experience with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Behaviours of Concern (BOC) gives her a deep understanding of the unique challenges participants may face. Alice also has extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that embraces the LGBTQIA+ community.

In her dual role, Alice provides high-quality support work and mentoring, while also overseeing the organisation’s financial administration. With a solid background in finance and proficiency in MYOB and Xero, she ensures smooth and accurate financial operations across the team.

Outside of work, Alice is an active member of the Mt Lofty Volleyball community, playing league volleyball and coaching junior teams. She finds great fulfilment in helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and teamwork. When she’s not on the court, Alice enjoys spending time outdoors with her beloved horses and her dog, Louis.

Alice’s blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and heartfelt compassion enables her to make a lasting, positive impact on both the participants she supports and the wider Achieve team.
