With valuable lived experience and a compassionate approach, he strives to empower individuals to overcome challenges, build confidence, and lead meaningful, independent lives.

Bailey is a committed mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, bringing empathy, reliability, and a strong understanding of individual needs to his role. With up-to-date certifications and valuable lived experience, he recognises the importance of respect, connection, and genuine care when supporting people with disabilities.

Bailey has hands-on experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) communication needs, Non-Ambulant (NA) mobility, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and a range of mental health conditions. He also has experience supporting members of the LGBTIQA+ community and is passionate about fostering an inclusive, safe environment for every participant.

Since stepping into his role as a mentor, Bailey has adapted with ease. Participants consistently value his person-centred approach, high-quality supports, and respectful communication. Bailey finds great fulfilment in helping individuals build capacity, develop life skills, and work toward their goals with dignity and confidence.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys camping, taking drives in his ute, playing guitar, spending time with friends, walking his dog, and occasionally going to the gym. His relaxed, down-to-earth nature and active lifestyle contribute to the positive energy he brings to both his role and the people he supports.
