She brings a calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to her work, providing person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing.

Betsy has extensive experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioural or complex needs (BOCs), Non-Verbal (NV) communication needs, neurodivergent individuals (NA), Anxiety, and a variety of mental health challenges. She is highly skilled in building trusting, respectful relationships and tailoring support to meet both physical and emotional needs.

She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance. Betsy meets all industry requirements, including NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and current First Aid and CPR certifications. With flexible availability, a full driver’s licence, and an insured vehicle, she provides reliable, high-quality support throughout the Adelaide region.
