His experience spans supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Intellectual Disability (ID), Vision Impairment, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Anxiety, ADHD, Epilepsy, Depression, Severe Anxiety Disorder (SAD), Verbal Dyspraxia (VD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Schizophrenia, and Dementia. Carter is also an ally to the LGBTIQA+ community, providing inclusive, respectful, and empowering care to all.

As a semi-professional football player for the Woodville Eagles, he demonstrates discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking—qualities that translate seamlessly into his work in the disability field.
