Cody Tape

Cody’s experience focuses on supporting individuals with Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Intellectual Disability (ID), as well as those who use wheelchairs or require physical assistance. He is passionate about providing personalised care and the right resources to ensure each participant can achieve their goals with dignity and confidence.

His approach is grounded in empathy and guided by the principles and codes of conduct of the NDIS—promoting choice, control, and inclusion. Cody’s professionalism and genuine care help create supportive environments where every participant feels valued, capable, and empowered to thrive.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and has a close bond with his dog. A talented amateur league footballer, he dedicates time to keeping fit, active, and healthy. Cody also enjoys basketball, music, and exploring the outdoors in his 4WD ute. His love for adventure often takes him on off-grid camping and fishing trips throughout remote parts of South Australia.

Cody’s positive attitude, active lifestyle, and strong sense of purpose make him a valued member of the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team, bringing energy and care to all those he supports.
