Colin Huynh

Colin brings valuable experience and understanding to his role, having worked in the disability sector for almost two years. He holds all current certifications and qualifications required to provide high-quality support and is committed to delivering care that reflects ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and respect.

In the field, Colin has supported individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) and Non-Ambulant (NA) needs, Anxiety, ADHD, Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and various Mental Health conditions. He also has experience working with members of the LGBTIQA+ community and is deeply committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Colin has adapted to his role with ease, quickly earning the trust and respect of the NDIS participants he supports. Known for his calm, empathetic approach and dedication to person-centred care, Colin finds great fulfilment in seeing the positive impact of his work on participants’ confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys reading, watching TV shows, and playing games. He is also an animal lover and enjoys staying active through martial arts and fencing. His diverse interests, friendly nature, and genuine passion for helping others make him a valued member of the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team.
