Corey is a kind-hearted and driven member of the ACHIEVE team, serving in a multifaceted role as Service Coordinator, Administration Assistant and Mentor. With a strong passion for fostering growth and independence, he supports NDIS participants to achieve their personal goals and build fulfilling, empowered lives. Corey’s calm approach, attention to detail and genuine care make him an invaluable part of the ACHIEVE team.

In his role as Service Coordinator, Corey oversees the delivery and coordination of supports, ensuring each participant receives tailored, high-quality services that meet their individual needs. He works closely with support staff to monitor performance, provide guidance and maintain a collaborative, person-centred approach. Corey’s proactive mindset and commitment to quality help streamline operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently, compassionately and with integrity.

In addition to his coordination and administrative work, Corey provides hands-on support as a Mentor. He brings a calm, consistent presence and forms meaningful connections with those he supports, offering encouragement and practical assistance as they develop life skills, build confidence and engage with their communities. His empathetic nature and ability to foster trust make him a valued and respected mentor.

Corey has extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and intellectual disabilities. His professional background has provided a deep understanding of complex needs, behavioural supports and mental health challenges — all of which he approaches with empathy, respect and professionalism. He is also a proud ally and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, promoting inclusion and creating safe environments where every person feels valued and supported.

Known for his compassionate demeanour and practical problem-solving skills, Corey is someone both participants and colleagues can rely on for thoughtful guidance and consistent support. He believes in the power of connection, the importance of dignity, and the potential within every person to grow, achieve and thrive.

Outside of ACHIEVE, Corey enjoys a well-rounded and active lifestyle. He is an avid AFL football player, a passionate surfer and loves spending time with his friends, family and dogs. Whether on the field, at the beach or in his community, Corey brings the same energy, positivity and dedication to his personal life as he does to his professional work.
