Mentor / Support Worker

Elisha is a compassionate Mentor and Support Worker with ACHIEVE on the Yorke Peninsula, bringing experience across mental health, disability, and aged support. She is passionate about inclusive, person-centred care and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible while achieving the goals that bring them joy and confidence

Elisha is a dedicated Mentor and Support Worker with ACHIEVE, based on the Yorke Peninsula. She brings a broad range of experience supporting participants with schizophrenia, intellectual disability (ID), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), non-ambulant support needs, and elderly participants. Elisha is also a strong advocate for inclusion and is proudly accepting and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Elisha has previously worked with Country Health Connect and Brighter Futures, where she developed strong skills in providing compassionate, person-centred support across diverse settings and needs.

Outside of work, Elisha enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, volunteering at her local football club, and helping others in need within her community.

Elisha is passionate about providing tailored, individualised support, empowering people to remain as independent as possible while assisting them to achieve their personal goals—especially those that bring joy, confidence, and a smile to their face.
