Eltom has experience supporting individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) and Non-Ambulant (NA) needs, Schizophrenia, Huntington’s Disease (HD), and Poly-Substance Abuse. He is also an experienced ally of the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring every participant feels respected, supported, and included.
Kind, caring, and deeply compassionate, Eltom is passionate about helping individuals access their community, build social connections, and engage in meaningful activities that bring joy and fulfilment. He finds great reward in providing assistance to those who need it most and takes pride in creating positive, empowering experiences for his participants.
Eltom is also committed to ongoing professional development and is currently undertaking further training to expand his mentoring and support work skills.
