He is known for his compassion, understanding, and passion for helping others learn, grow, and improve in all aspects of life. His approachable nature and commitment to person-centred care make him a highly respected member of the team.

Graham has supported individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) communication needs, Non-Ambulant (NA) mobility, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and mental health conditions. He also has extensive experience providing support to members of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Graham has adapted seamlessly to his role, and participants consistently value his calm presence, high-quality supports, and person-centred approach. He takes great pride in helping individuals build confidence, independence, and new skills, and he finds his work profoundly rewarding.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys fishing, walking, hiking, camping, spending time with his two children, caring for animals, playing board and card games, teaching circus skills, DIY projects, woodworking, refurbishing, gardening, bowling, darts, and listening to fantasy audiobooks.
