Mentor / Support Worker
Harmony is a caring and compassionate support worker with a background in disability care through supporting her profoundly disabled grandfather. As he required 24-hour care, Harmony was involved in providing support with many of his daily needs. This experience has given her a personal understanding of the importance of patience, care, and helping others feel supported.
Harmony enjoys building positive connections with the people she supports and brings a caring and understanding approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and doing crafts, which she finds a great way to relax and be creative.
