Isabella Lieschke

Isabella is a caring and committed mentor and support worker at ACHIEVE Disability Services who is passionate about supporting individuals to live with greater independence, confidence, and wellbeing. She takes a person-centred approach to her work and is known for her calm, empathetic, and respectful manner when supporting participants.

Isabella has experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), mental health challenges, and hoarding tendencies. She supports participants with patience and understanding, working alongside them to build skills, establish routines, and create safe and supportive environments. Isabella is also inclusive and accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring everyone she supports feels respected, affirmed, and comfortable being themselves.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys maintaining a balanced lifestyle through Pilates and creative outlets such as scrapbooking. She also loves gardening and caring for her plants, spending time shopping, and relaxing with her dog, Lola
