Leon is known for his friendly, approachable, and hard-working nature. He takes pride in listening carefully to the needs of each participant and promotes independence and inclusion wherever possible, encouraging safe and meaningful participation in the tasks at hand. Quality service is non-negotiable for Leon—every job is completed meticulously and treated with the same care and attention he would apply to his own home.

Through ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, Leon provides his services across the North, East, and West of Adelaide’s CBD, with some exceptions to the South. His reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a trusted and respected member of the maintenance team.

Outside of work, Leon enjoys spending time with friends and family, fishing, camping, exploring the Murray River, and spending time outdoors. Recently, Leon has expanded his skill set by investing in landscaping machinery, which he hires out and plans to incorporate into future ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD supports.
