Luke has extensive experience working across both community and hospital settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. His experience includes working with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), mental health challenges, schizophrenia, elderly participants, and individuals who are non-verbal and/or non-ambulant. He approaches his work with a calm, respectful, and person-centred focus, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality care in line with NDIS standards.

Luke is inclusive and accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community, and values creating safe, respectful, and supportive environments for all participants.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his animals, cooking, and being with family. He also loves driving along the coastline of the Yorke Peninsula (YP) and through the hills, reflecting his appreciation for balance, wellbeing, and time outdoors.
