Madison is a compassionate and creative mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, bringing with her meaningful lived experience through her own ADHD diagnosis. This helps her connect with participants on a personal level, offering empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach. Madison values individuality and strives to ensure every participant feels comfortable, included, and supported.

Madison has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) communication needs, Non-Ambulant (NA) mobility, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and various mental health conditions. She also has experience supporting members of the LGBTIQA+ community with an inclusive and respectful approach.

Since stepping into her role, Madison has adapted with ease. Participants consistently value her person-centred supports, understanding nature, and the comfort she brings into their lives. She finds her work incredibly rewarding and takes great pride in supporting people to grow, express themselves, and achieve their goals.

In her spare time, Madison enjoys gaming, watching anime, collecting Pokémon cards and figurines, and attending music gigs both locally and interstate. She loves animals and proudly cares for her collection of spiders.
