Megan is a passionate and dedicated mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, bringing with her 13 years of lived experience supporting her children with disabilities. This personal background has given her deep empathy, strong advocacy skills, and a genuine understanding of what meaningful support looks like. As a devoted twin mum, Megan is committed to ensuring others receive the care, respect, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Megan has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) communication needs, Non-Ambulant (NA) mobility, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and mental health conditions. She also has extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTIQA+ community, promoting safe, inclusive environments for all.

Since joining the team, Megan has quickly become a highly valued mentor. Participants appreciate her kindness, patience, and person-centred approach. She finds her work deeply rewarding, especially when helping individuals build confidence, independence, and resilience.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her kids and dog, kayaking, going to the beach, listening to live music, and admiring classic cars. She also proudly supports her children’s musical passions—her son plays drums and her daughter plays piano.
