Nick is a dedicated mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, bringing a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to his work. With full certifications and qualifications, he is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support that empowers participants to build confidence and achieve their goals. Nick particularly enjoys encouraging individuals to engage in outdoor activities, helping them connect with nature and develop new skills.

Nick has hands-on experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV) communication needs, Non-Ambulant (NA) mobility, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dysplasia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia, and a range of mental health conditions. He is also experienced in providing inclusive and respectful support to members of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Since joining the team, Nick has adapted to his role with ease. Participants value his person-centred approach, reliability, and commitment to providing high-quality care. Nick finds great fulfilment in helping participants overcome challenges and progress toward their goals.

Outside of work, Nick loves spending time outdoors—walking through parks, connecting with nature, camping, and fishing. He also enjoys watching a variety of sports, including football, soccer, and cricket.
