Sally is a compassionate support worker with 10+ years of experience across aged care and disability, including ID, ASD, and mental health.

Sally brings over 10 years of experience in support roles, beginning her career in aged care before moving into disability support. Throughout this time, she has developed extensive experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), mental health challenges, dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and people who are non-ambulant. Her broad skill set and calm, empathetic approach allow her to support people with diverse and complex needs.

Sally is passionate about helping people feel valued, supported, and understood, and she takes pride in being able to brighten someone’s day.
