Tate is an easy-going support worker who is new to the disability sector and passionate about building good connections with the people he supports. He enjoys helping individuals feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their day-to-day lives while he continues to learn and grow in his role.
Tate is a valued member of Team ACHIEVE who brings a friendly attitude, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help others.
Outside of work, Tate enjoys camping, football, spending time with friends and his dog, and going to the gym.
