Nicole is a dedicated member at Achieve Disability Services Pty Ltd, bringing over three years of experience in the disability sector, primarily within Supported Independent Living (SIL). Prior to joining Achieve, she developed a strong foundation in disability support, demonstrating reliability, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering, complementing her practical experience with ongoing academic development.

Maddie brings a positive and collaborative approach to her role as Service Lead, providing leadership and guidance across ACHIEVE’s accommodation and tenancy services. She works closely with participants, staff, families, and stakeholders to promote independence, maintain high-quality supports, and ensure participants feel safe, respected, and empowered within their homes.
Head YP Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker

Luke is an experienced Support Worker and the head Yorke Peninsula Service Lead at ACHIEVE Disability Services, with over 3 years of experience across disability and hospital settings. He supports participants with diverse and complex needs while providing local leadership, mentoring staff, coordinating service delivery, and strengthening ACHIEVE’s services across the Yorke Peninsula.
